There have been some concerns regarding the cost for league play and the benefit of having a membership at the Netplex. The Netplex management wants to clear this up and create some organization for league play.
Starting December 1, 2023 -Netplex will facilitate all league play.
There are expectations from both parties that will be outlined here:
All members playing in the league must be members of Amarillo Netplex.
Cost of the 10-week league is $50.00 ($40.00 if paid in advance) or $5.00 per day.
Each league will have a maximum of 16 players per week. The four new courts will be used for the league.
Netplex will provide the following each week.
Weekly Signup (this is so we know who is coming and a substitution list will also be available for both member and nonmember)
Round Robin system and scoring data.
Two new balls for each court per week
Management for each day
Publication of league results and winners
1st and 2nd place winners will be awarded at the end of the 10th week.
Substitutions can be other members or nonmembers. Nonmembers will pay $10.00.
Water with lemons and limes will be provided to the league.
